- Right click on the desktop, and choose Properties.
- Click "Customize Desktop" button on the "Desktop" tab.
- Under the General tab, uncheck "Run Desktop Cleanup Wizard every 60 days" selection, in the "Desktop cleanup" section. Click OK.
